Internet radio streams get tangled up with Trailers... (1 Viewer)

I haven't posted the support template, as I don't think this bug has anything to do with my configuration (but I am willing to be proved wrong... )

I am using MP version 0.2.0.4, and I have several Internet radio streams installed in My Radio.

If I launch MP and use My Trailers before My Radio, everything works fine.

However, If I do the following:-

1. access My Radio and play an Internet radio stream
2. stop playing the Internet radio stream and then exit My Radio
3. access My Trailers and play a movie trailer

then at the completion of the movie trailer, instead of MP returning to the last displayed My Trailers screen, the display stays black, and the next Internet radio stream in my list of streams starts playing....

I can press stop, and then MP will return to the correct My Trailers screen, and continue as normal.

Notice that when the trailer finishes (at 11:10:57), MP then immediately begins playing the next Internet radio stream listed back at line 11:07:40. Whereas, it should do this:-

Hmmmm ... 28 views and not a single comment ....

Does that mean that this "bug" is unique to me .... or no-one else is using both Internet radio streams in My Radio and the My Trailers plugin in their configuration of MediaPortal ....



If there is a kind soul out there in the MediaPortal community who does have both Internet radio streams in My Radio and the My Trailers plugin in their configuration of MediaPortal, could I request that you do the following for me...

1. Launch MediaPortal and enter My Trailers and verify that it works correctly. Then close MediaPortal.

2. Launch MediaPortal again, but this time enter My Radio and play the first Internet Radio stream in your list for a few seconds.

3. Stop the radio playing , exit My Radio and enter My Trailers

4. Start a trailer playing and allow it to complete.

5. If you have the same result as me, the screen will stay black and the next Internet Radio stream in your list will start to play (this may take a few seconds). You can press stop, to stop the radio playing, and My Trailers will continue on as if nothing had happened.

6. Please post your results here, whether it is the same as mine, or if it is different to mine....

Tried to confirm your problem & here's the results (it works fine here):
Used in test: MP 0.2.0.0 + svn-08-25-2006--16-20 (Rev10005)

1. Launch MediaPortal and enter My Trailers and verify that it works correctly. Then close MediaPortal.

2. Launch MediaPortal again, but this time enter My Radio and play the first Internet Radio stream in your list for a few seconds.

3. Stop the radio playing , exit My Radio and enter My Trailers

4. Start a trailer playing and allow it to complete.

5. Trailer ended & back to "trailer view".

Now all I have to do is figure out what is causing this odd behaviour ....

You using some .m3u files, i don't have that only .pls & .asx - will make one & test that later today & reply back here.

Yup,
with .m3u files the result it's different, seems that MP think it is a playlist & continues to play the next radio station, instead going back to trailer view.

Well done Roy - I would never have figured out that the .m3u files would be the difference to cause the odd behaviour - so it is an MP bug afterall.

Seems like someone was in front of us here:
13:10 |MP-INFO zipperzip just added - fixed radio resumed after playing video-stream (special thanks to dman_LFC) - to MP-changelog!

The latest privatebuild works fine now, big thanks to Zipperzip & dman_LFC
