Hi,
I'm using an analog (software-encoder) TV-card, recordings are encoded by the recommended Intervideo MPEG-encoder (by installing WinDVR).
In the MP-Configuration I'm able to change some basic settings like framerate, quality etc - but not all (for example: resolution, mpeg1/2).
I know where the settings are located in the registry, but I really don't know exactly all their meanings, and hacking with regedit isn't really funny ;-)

a) Is there a tool available, where I can change this settings in a lovely *GUI*? That would be great...
b) I also recognized that my recordings are not deinterlaced - the videos are recorded without deinterlaced. That looks really ugly - is there a way to enable deinterlacing before doing software-encoding?

I hope anyone can give some help/hints...

Thanks in advance & Best regards,
moh
