inverted MKV stream order and MP hangs (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I've noticed that if I play a MKV file with the streams in this order:
ID1-> text/srt
ID2-> audio/DTS
ID3-> video h264

MP hangs. The same file with streams:
ID1-> video h264
ID2-> audio/DTS
ID3-> text/srt

plays fine.

probably some kind of bug ?
filters are installed by klite codecs 490f if that matters
