Embedded Automation have developed something along this line and have even launched a 7" touchscreen wall mounted console to interface with it. I believe it also hooks up to IP cameras, heating/AC and other home automation systems. Unfortunately it's not MP and it's not without cost. There are also some MCE plugins that do something like you want, not sure if they work with creston though!JMaybe something for MP 2.0?
