IP TV configuration and LAN ethernet card on MP server (1 Viewer)

I have 2 lan cards in my server, one for iptv (my LAN 10.1.6.251) and one for internet/network (169.254.1.1). My test play list m3u is

#EXTINF:0,1 – Infokanal

#EXTINF:0,2 - TRAVEL
udp://@232.2.2.20:5002
#EXTINF:0,3 - CNN
udp://@232.2.2.5:5002
#EXTINF:0,4 – BBC World
udp://@232.2.2.7:5002
#EXTINF:0,5 – MTV Dance
udp://@232.2.3.7:5002

When i scaned , MP found this TV programs well, but the client does not show even on the same PC.
But when I klick test in TV server configurarion i see TV program in windows media player.

What is going wrong, that i can not see programs even on the same PC, how can i conect more than 2 PC client on the same LAN 10.1.6.xxx.
What i must to do. I use the last version MP.
