IPTV solution (1 Viewer)

hello,

is there a way to have media portal work on several tv's over LAN ?
am looking a solution for 5-6 rooms with 1 server.

each room must be able to see whatever it wants.
e.g. one room may watch tv, other room may watch videos and other room may see weather.

please advise.
any help will be apreciated.
