Oh - I remember... I also used one of these IPTV providers...
Just to be sure: Can you confirm that the m3u works with vlc?

I recommend to simplify the list - I think I also had problems with all that "tvg-logo...group..." stuff
for example

change:
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:-1 tvg-id................
http://tv.iptvking............

to
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:0,Sweden
http://tv.iptvking............

my list wich worked looked like:
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:0, 13th Street HD DE
http://portal.geniptv.com:8080/live/blahblahblah:-)/blahblahbla:-)/80.ts

I just took one channel and edited the way you showed me, and it works !
