I have been crawling the web for the past week and found nothing.
I have a mediaportal setup, 1 TV Server and 2 Clients in seperate rooms controlled via a windows media center remote.
I Have a V+ Box hooked up to the TV server via a Hauppauge HD PVR so I can watch TV on both clients. I know an IR blaster can be setup on the server, however I want to use the original Virgin remote you get with the V+ box to control only the TV on the clients, as the media center remote lacks the appropriate buttons.
Is there a way to do this in MediaPortal or a seperate program that can be run on the clients and the server?
I know it is possible with an extra IR repeater box that is separate from the Media Portal PC's to do this, but I would prefer an option where I can plug the harware into the computer and is then transmitted over the network.
