IR Server Suite: Cannot change channels on STB anymore using USB-UIRT (1 Viewer)

Since a few SVNs (this is a guess!) I cannot change channels anymore. This used to work very nicely during the last months. Changing the channels from the the TV Server managment console's plugin section works just fine.

Steps to reproduce on my computer (IR Server Suite 1.0.4.1)

- Clear TV server log files
- Stop TV service and input service
- Start input service
- Start TV service. TV server's error.log says:

2008-02-20 11:34:51.359375 [5]: RemoteControl: Error getting server Instance - Der angeforderte Dienst wurde nicht gefunden.

- Start setuptv.exe --> TV Server management console shows up
- Click on TVChannels menu, choose one channel and click the Preview button --> Rather than the selected channel the one previously accessed is shown, so no switch command is fired to the STB. The TV server's error.log says:

Parametername: enumType
   bei System.Enum.GetName(Type enumType, Object value)
