Hi Daniel,
I took a look again how to simplify the ugly code for extracting the pressed key out of the byte-array.
I moved this code back into IrssComms and added a _messageData dictionary. I already committed this change to IRSS' svn and currently only "reworked" the MessageType.RemoteEvent data.
Maybe this is not the best way to do it in IRSS itself, but the whole suite needs to be reworked (rewritten) completely sooner or later. At least I was able to clean MP2's IrInput plugins and remove the redundant code also from various other places in several IRSS apps.
I attached the IrInput sources and the new reference binaries IrssComms.dll and IrssUtils.dll.
cheers
Tommy
