Hello, I am new to mediaportal and have been configuring details for use on my HTPC. I was using MCE however as of July there is problems with the guide etc. and it is being discontinued. The wiki's are a little hard to follow and some have message tags saying that they need updating and since I'm new I thought I would ask the question about plugins. I need to use my MCE IR Blaster and remote to change channels on my STB. I am currently running Vista so I downloaded MediaPortal 1.13.0. So far I've been able to configure my TV tuner card and channels and display a previous STB set channel on the Preview and in the Main MP TV display. The problem I'm having is the IRSS download seems to be incompatible with my current MP install. What would be the best version of IRSS for this version of MP and where would I get it/install it etc.
