IRSS no longer blasting (1 Viewer)

I installed a USB bluetooth adaptor and keyboard and since IRSS hasn't been able to blast channels to my decoder. Receiving still works fine. Have tried updating to latest IRSS release. Here are my logs which contain an error.

I'm still investigating how to work-around.

My system is Windows 7 64bit, with a PVR150MCE receiver/transmitter.

Looks like its fixed after a full uninstall, reboot, install, reboot. I also changed the IR receiver USB port which may have helped.
