I got a HVR-1300 and got exactly the same problem with my analog tv (btw, it is also ComHem hehe).

I might be stupid or blind but I cant find any setup option on my TV-Card in MediaPortalConfig ??

I also dont know if my TV (Samsung LE32R3) supports 50hz through the VGA... Via the test-site Har du optimal bild? the pixelmapping looks good through...

quality is good with both xvids, dvds, hd-material ect...

But when comparing my TV-Picture with MediaPortal vs. The TV's directly connected with the analog cable it is a HUGE different... the TV seems to process the signal much much better...
