This is a great idea and I don't think it is that much work but would probably need a change to the MP codebase. Just trying to figure out how you would want this to work though... If MP exposed a property as a % of what watched (given that MP knows run time and resume time this can be calculated) I guess you could set an image in the skin based on this value? Issues I can see though are keeping it updated. If say you go to recorded TV play a recording and then go back so TV is in mini-display the program will continue playing but % played would not change. Would a simple % played value be sufficient for you to do this?
