Is there a way to stop the scrolling menus? (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone,

I am still getting use to media portal and wanted to know if the menu looping function could be changed so that it only scrolls to the top and the bottom, but does not go "around the horn" so to speak. There are several check boxes in the config area that I ahve tried and this doesn't seem to change the behavior and I also tried changing the scroll speed, but it only changes it for text stuff.

This is (I think) skin dependant. Each button / item specifies where to go when you press up/down. So you might be able to break the chain by editing your skin (files, tattoos are not required ;-)

So some skins will not go round, others do. You could also check the basic home screen, which probably is simpler.

Thanks for the help. So I am sticking with the basic blue screen and am using MP 1.?? I don't want to use anything that isn't super compatible and stable as I don't have the mad computer skills that so many people here have. So knowing that I am using the typical blue screen and version of MP is there a way to stop the scrolling? If anyone needs more info about my system please let me know.

You may try to use another skin. All supported skins are 100% compatible with MP 1.1.0 Final.
Try e.g. PureVisionHD 4.3 or PureVisionHD Blue 4.3
