ok.. before I get yelled at for LOGS :).. read first :D just wanted to know if anyone had this or seen this type of problem while watching tv... the video/audio freezes and yet select a new channel it plays fine as nothing happened..few min later it happens again.. i can select a new channel and start watching.. its almost predictable like every 5-10 mins. (Ive tried dozen of things and it still happens) MP is not hung or frozen or crashed ..its rock stable what I did was removed the SS2 card (no video/audio freezes) but had a heck of time switching channels (not stable, and allways made MP crashes ) installed my digiwave 103g (that was not yet supported back then.. but it is now) huge :thx: goes to dman_lfc and x4mer, these two had no reason to added the extra support and went overtime to add a stable solution to the this card.. I was switching like a charm and MP havent crashed so I kicked my SS-2 card out the window ! so.. if no one havent seen this, I ll do a clean install and see if the problem is still there. and report back with the logs. now as for the Logs.. I would like to know how to generate the logs, which might not show any errors, I normally get asked if I wanted to create logs "when" MP crashes. (how to do this proper ?) BTW.. for testing Im using mpv or ffdshow with spidfer (didn t try the apv audio codec yet....correct name ?) thanks again Vff
