The daemontools mount function in MP is realy great but after mounting you have to start the DVD by klicking MyDVD. Starting a mounted DVD automaticly would be much better.

I don't mount a DVD, that I will not watch. That would be very stange...

AND:
After stopping the DVD Movie, an unmount should be done.
The Images stay in the virtual drive at the momen. (Daemontools lite 4.12.2)

Thanks!

Hi,

I've got the same problem. Is there anybody who can help?
My configuration:
DaemonTools 4.30.2
MediaPortal 1.0.0 (not RC)
enabled automount:
Virtual Drive: I:
Drive number: 1
Ask before playing is unchecked.
Drive I is the second of two virtual drives.

Greetings BuddyHolly

I am also bothered by this problem.

If I start an ISO image etc. then the next time I start MP from hibernation (with 'resume last active module') this last mounted DVD image will appear as a newly inserted disc, which will make MP autoplay it...
    bad bad...

it should always dismount any inactive ISOs.

I prefer not using daemontools and instead using video_ts folder.

    Hi,

when the ISO is mounted directly with Daemon tools or with a doubleclick on the ISO-file, then the autoplay dialog appears in MediaPortal. This dialog is not shown, when it is klicked on the ISO-file out of MediaPortal. The "Auto Insert Notification" of DaemonTools is enabled for all drives. Without being enabled noting happens at all. So these a probably some important details to locate and reproduce our problem.

    Hi,
You only need automount option turned on in MediaPortal Configuration -> Genera -> Daemon Tools(you need expert mode turned on in MP config to see it), every thing else on the tray icon can be disabled.

    Hi,

I think that's exactly what I've done (see attachment). Just found out, when the ISO is mounded directly via commandline, everything works fine.

    Hi,
Then attach your logs to the post after a try which doesn't work(disable all other options in dameon tools tray icon).

some strange behaviour of DeamonTools! When an ISO is mounted via commandline then DaemonTools mounts allways the first drive. The option "mount on first emty divice" is disabled.
    So the calls
    Code:
    daemon.exe -mount 0,"c:\My Images\nameofimage.cue"
    daemon.exe -mount 1,"c:\My Images\nameofimage.cue"
will both mount the first drive. To complete my report I've attached the two logfiles. The naming "first_drive" means I want to mount the first drive out of MediaPortal.

    Hi,
    So virtual drive I is daemon tools drive 1 & H it's 0?
I only use 1 daemon tools drive, not tested with more but MP should handle it if drive letter & drive number matches...

    Regards
    Roy
