Hi admins,
I realized I should have posted this here as I am definitely new at all of this.
So I am reposting my problem with a link to the old post I had started with logs, as well as a similiar post to my issue I have found (but with no resolve).

I have installed and set up my Wintv-HVR-2250 card, setup as hybrid cards, and scanned and found all channels
Basically what happens is when I change channels there is a short delay the channel changes and tunes, then the screen flashes blue for a half a second (I have been told it is a native resolution change possibly?), and then the station tunes back in and plays back fine (with some minor artifacts around the edges of the picture) until I change channels again where the process is repeated. I have tried 1001 things to try and fix it and am losing hope.
I live in the United States and have analog cable through Ramapo Cable. My belief is that this is a software issue as this problem is not present with the same hardware configuration using seperate PVRs (WMC7 and WinTV 7).
Any thoughts/help would be greatly appreciated as this issue is driving me nuts and has me at the verge of giving up on Mediaportal, and dare I say it go with the more boring approach on WMC7.
