Does the audio still work in TV Expert if you plug the speakers into the soundcard/onboard soundcard output?
In other words, does the audio still work in TV Expert if you unplug the connection between the tuner card and the speakers?
Most tuners don't need a connection from the tuner to the speakers. Tuners that do are *not* supported.

Okay, well that means that the tuner should be supported. The only reason why it is not working right now is because TV Server does not receive the audio from it. That could be because the Intervideo encoder is not passing the audio, because the wrong audio input on the crossbar is selected, or because channels that do not exist were picked up in the scan.
One question: I see from the logs that you have tried channel 2. Have you tried any of the other channels?
Please try this:
1. Open TV Server configuration.
2. Go to the TV Channels section.
3. Select a channel and click edit.
4. Select the tuning detail and click edit.
5. Change the audio input from "automatic" to "tuner".
6. Click ok.
7. Click ok.
8. Restart TV Server.
9. Use debug mode and try to view the channel.
10. Post logs.

Okay, no difference. You should keep that setting though. Next thing to try: according to the flag on your profile you're from the Philippines. According to Wikipedia the analog TV broadcasts in the Philippines are done with NTSC, but your current settings are for PAL. If that is wrong then let me know, otherwise please do:
1. Open TV Server configuration.
2. Expand the TV Servers node.
3. Expand your TV Server.
4. Select the analog tuner.
5. Go to the settings tab (see -->here<--).
6. Choose the NTSC standard.
7. Choose the NTSC frame rate (29.97).
8. Choose the NTSC frame size.
9. Restart TV Server.
10. Try to watch the channels again.

i have tried all 3 NTSC option on video standard,
frame rate 29.97 fps (NTSC),
Frame size 720x480 NTSC ITU-601 D1 (recommended)
restart tv server, and when i preview same error pop ups

I think the next thing to try would be a different encoder. I am very much in favour of the ATI AVIVO encoder - it is stable and reliable and just works. You can install it even if you haven't got an ATI video card. I'm at work at the moment so I can't provide it to you, but I'll post it when I get home. If that doesn't work then I don't know what is wrong...
