So I just got my Christmas present delivered. It was the only thing i really wanted this year.
I have been playing with it to see if it any good for the HTPC and I have to say, I like it so far.
Ease of use 8/10 (Wish there was an enter button on left side of remote)
Size 10/10 (no complaints there)
Mouse 8/10 (it takes several swipes to get across a 1080p screen. Double tap on pad a little touchy)
Laser Pointer 10/10 (all cats approve of this design feature)
Key Response 8/10 (left and right arrow keys seem to get zippy after several taps)
This is 100% Bluetooth and no IR at all. Lack or true media keys probably keep this remote at a 7.5/10. It has volume and play/pause keys as FN keys. But not all of the media keys. I am sure some can be reprogrammed but then we start getting into Wife acceptance issues. My wife likes it, but shes smarter then most and can remember space is pause, b is stop, and L is subtitles.
