Kicking client using same card (1 Viewer)

Sometimes i get the timeshifting stopped by another user, and it seems like the first user that takes control of the card owns this card
until it's finished, is it not wise to be able to choose a rule that says "if card has more then one user use next card". I understand this is no bug
but for the people at home this seems very strange when his, hers movie or favorite program suddenly stops because someone else decided to change channel.

Some days ago i had this kicking event again. Sorry that i don't have logs they have been overwritten. The scenario was like this,
one client was watching a channel, then another client started up and i think it was tuning to a channel at the same transponder
and then changed to another transponder and the first client was kicked. I don't understand this how a client that is using a card that's already in use by another client can be the owner off this card. Can someone explain to me how the rules work. When this happens i always have at least one more card ta can be used
as seen in previous post the log shows 2 cards that's not being used. It's very annoying cause it doesn't have to do like this.

Okay can someone please look at this. If you check out the log you can see user "Köket" tuning to SVT1 at 22:32:23 using card 1,
at 22:41:28 user "Sovrummet" starts up and requests channel TV4 and as you can see there is two more cards available to use.
But instead of using anyone of theese cards he kicks user "Köket" and leaves the card over to "Sovrummet".
How can a user that's just started up take over from a user that's already watching something.

Can any developer look at this, cause this can't be the way it's suppose to be.
I can't replicate this phenomena it's random but normally it happens when a second client starts
and tunes a channel.

When i look in the log it reports that the card i tuned to the same transponder.

but its not, this is the channel it's tuned to.

What can be the reason for this?
