KMPlayer IR focus taken away by MP?? (1 Viewer)

Hi, I have my Hauppauge remote setup so the home button does a Alt-F4 to close any open apps. This works fine in normal desktop but when I run an app (KM Player for example) from MP the IR still focus's on MP. How do I get around this issue to allow me to close the KM Player once launched from MP?
