Kodi add-on question: current recording isn't showing up until after 5 minutes (1 Viewer)

Newbee here, got a question about the MP Kodi add-on: when I want to watch a show time-shifted, I record it and than I want to watch it, but it doesn't show up in the recordings list until after 5 minutes. Is this normal behaviour or is something wrong that it's not showing up immediately?
