KVCD Plugin/Codec (1 Viewer)

Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to view KVCD's directly in MP? It seems more and more videos' are being released in the KVCD format and I don't mind the format but for me it is a waste of time. I very seldom want to burn a CD/DVD, all I want to do is watch the program then delete it. With KVCD I am forced to burn it to a CD then discard it when done watching it. Is anyone looking at creating a plugin or is there a codec that can be added?

Actually, a KVCD is just a VCD with an altered matrix. So, basically it´s just a non-standard VCD. See here : http://www.videohelp.com/glossary?K#KVCD

Meaning you SHOULD be able to play it with MP without any additional codecs, since it´s just a VCD, codec unrelated. If not, check if you can play it in WMP, with MP shut. If you cannot play it, you got your codecs somehow screwed up.

I haven´t tried KVCD, but RVCD and MVCD work just fine.....
