Hello all,
I have a kworld PlusTV 115, and I'm just trying to see if I can get analog, and I just can't.
I know that I have the right driver, and media portal recoginzes both the atsc and the analog.
but when ever I try and do a scan: choose cable or antenna / low mediam or high, it can't scan any channels.
This is a fresh install of Windows XP SP3, with that "hotfix" it warned me about (which I installed)
Does anyone have any suggestions?
