The remote software that comes with it does not allow for any customisation at all. The only thing I can get it to do is launch WMC from within Windows. It doesnt seem to work like a keyboard.If you can help or I can provide more info please let me know. THey recommend using HIP for customising their remotes but I am using W7 x64 which HIP does not work with!</blockquote>
