Is it possible to have MediaPortal only launch external media players under certain conditions ? For example by evaluating the filename ?

I'd like to use the internal player as much as possible, but for 3D have it use Arcsoft's TMT6.

I was thinking of adding "_3D_" to the filenames... maybe MediaPortal can check for this substring in the filename and only launch the external mediaplayer when it exists ?

If this can be done, can you point me in the right direction please ?
