Codecs Lav filters now support DXVA2 (1 Viewer)

    Please note that the current DXVA2 implementation in LAV video decoder is requiring the video textures to be copied back to system RAM from GPU RAM. So it will have some performance penalty when compared to some other DXVA2 based decoders. I think the plan in future is to have an implementation that wouldn't require the extra texture copy operation.

    Hmm... this is a true historical moment it seems. This is the first *free* available decoder that does MPEG2 + H264 with DVB Broadcasts without errors and with Hardware acceleration like the Cyberlink filters. Hooray! :D
