    Hi All!

I'm having the problem that my picture is always a little late compared to audio when watching TV or video. As far as I read this is normal because picture processing in LCD TV's takes some time.

Since probably most of you have a flat TV with picture optimization, I would like to know what you did to solve this.

What I tried already is enabling Audio delay in FFDShow. I use 200ms for all channels which gives a good result. But it seems as this would not apply to AC3 audio. So it's no solution for me.

    Suggestions appreciated :)

    CU,
    Sepp.

hmm, I'm using XP, too. But how can the problem be related to the OS? You want to say there was no more video delay after moving to Vista?

I don't know what was causing the delay on winXP, but when I installed Vista the problem went away...

I solved this problem by using nvidia purevideo decoder for video, and under the audio settings have it set to default audio.
