You could use <a href="http://www.mono-project.com/Main_Page" target="_blank">Mono</a> (.NET framework), <a href="http://www.gstreamer.net/" target="_blank">GStreamer</a> (DirectShow), <a href="http://www.opengl.org/" target="_blank">OpenGL</a> (DirectX) and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video4Linux" target="_blank">V4L</a> (video capture).</p><p>Unless I am missing something that would be everything you would need to port it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
