[confirm] Live TV stutter, dropping frames (1 Viewer)

Hi. Since the RC 1 my MP suffer from stutter and dropped frames. I now use the RC 5. Im not able to solve the problem, I tried the most; change of graphic drivers, codec packs as shark007 (latest). All win 7 (32) updates.
When I try shift +1 for graphic stats I notice that; Act 50.000 fps drops suddenly to 14-33 fps after a short while like 10-20 min.

Im open for any suggestions, please advice...

Any clues guys?

So far I solved the LiveTV stutter by changing the "Dynamic refresh rate (MP config)" for PAL and TV 25>50 fps (50hz), then changing to Gabest decoders. When using shift+1 it yelds nice strait lines... But the main issue what is wrong here?

(btw, upgraded to RC6)

I bet you have heavy signal issues.
