It kind of looks to me like the problem w/ MP that I have is specifically in the decoding/rendering steps of the process. I prefer the interface to MP for watching live TV, but using xbmc is an adequate workaround.&nbsp;Additional Edit:I installed LAV Filters v0.49, selected DXVA2 for decoding and now most channels are ok in MP, but on channels that seem to be broadcasting in 720p resolution the video still occasionally freezes for a second or so.
