    Hi,

when there is a TV Show with surround, the MS DTV audio codec does not output it in ac3, only stereo.
I read here that there is no ac3 with MS DTV codec outside MC but I have ac3 in Video section with MS DTV audio codec.

Is it Dolby Digital or Dolby Digital +, then M$ codec will not work due to licensing retrictions, you need either ffdshow or AC3 filter for audio.

Check the exact audio format in the stream. MS decoedr is most likely rejecting some stream types - depending on their lisence with Dolby.

Also is it the same .ts file that work in video section? If yes then it cannot be the lisence issue.
