The main thing that sticks out to me is the line "SIGNAL LEVEL: 24, SIGNAL QUALITY: 24" in the tv.log which is not good enough to get a decent picture.  Maybe there is some electrical interference or something happening at the time?  Make sure all your connections are good.  Have you tried plugging the aerial into a set top box or something to see if you have the same problem?  I'm not really an expert in this area so others may have other ideas or suggestions  Andrew</blockquote>
