    Hi all!

First, i had this Problem also on 1.2.3 but i have installed 1.3.0 Alpha now and the Problem is the same. So i post it here.

When watching Live TV and then skip back for lets say 15 Seconds TV starts from start of the Timeshift.

I had this Problem also on v1.2.3 and i believe this happens since i upgraded the Firmware of my
Digital Devices CineC/T v6. (Firmware was upgraded from 1.12 to 1.13)

Sadly i don´t have the old Firmware anymore so i can´t Downgrade to test this... (and i am not sure that a Downgrade would be possible..)

    Thanks for Help on this!

    Update:

Downgrade to Firmware 1.12 does NOT help. Problem is the same.

BTW: Skip to the end of Timeshift (to "Live") leads also to start of Timeshift.

    Hi there,

How are you "skipping" - Are you sure its not a key/button mapping issue - where you are inadvertantly telling MePo to jump to the beginning?

    Hi Jay,

no Key Map issue.... MP shows OnScreen that it will jump back 15 seconds. But it lands on beginn of TimeShift buffer.
Right now i Record a Show to see if this happens on Record too...

    Update 2:

On a new Record the Problem is the same.
On a old Record (made bevor this Problem shows up) the Error does NOT exsists.

    Hi there,

If thats the case, it sounds like a timestamp issue with the stream or the mechanism that contros where to jump to in the stream - But I dont believe anyone else has reported this issue.

Can you post your logs (Server and Client logs).

    J.

If you copy a new recording (one that has the problem) to the local drive on the client and play it using MyVideos, does it have the problem ?

Yes, same Problem. Log is Attached.

    EDIT:

This must be a Problem with the TV-Server...
With 1.3.0 i have a lot of Errors in the "Channel Test" function. (All Cards are Busy, etc..)
I have switched the Server back to 1.2.3 now and those Errors are gone. -> Zap issue stays, only "All Cards Busy" Errors are gone with 1.2.3.

It looks like there is a problem with the PCR timestamps in the recording - can you try the attached TsReader.ax and attach the logs please (when playing the local file).
