Message: <blockquote data-quote="offbyone" data-source="post: 597837" data-attributes="member: 73415">Well since the xml's first line is:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>I would say that code is not executed in my case.I used the MovingPictures Menu Entry and then chose the dir where the en-US.xml file is and entered some cyrillic letters and did save. The resulting file is not uft-8. (It always saves in non utf-8 not matter what letters are entered).I used the executable attached to the first post.</blockquote>
