[Approved] Localized splashscreen/startup messages (1 Viewer)

Hello,

- I really prefer MediaPortal with localized strings on startup.
- Tested and working both with normal splashscreen and fullscreen splashscreen.
Better look, on fullscreen !

- Note : I don't provide localized strings for MediaPortal Configuration splashscreen because, users could be confused to see localized strings here but, not inside MediaPortal Configuration itself.

- XML files strings to be added :
(Please, let me know if you prefer entire xml files upload or, also patchs for xml files)

Notice the special characters, I hope that isn't an issue!

I tested with your language by updating strings_fo.xml and of course, there is no problem with your special characters.

I have no information about it then if it's feature freeze, I suppose it is not worth continuing with mantis #2426 that I'm actually working on
