IIRC, for me, culprit was mpurlsourcesplitter. Couldn't give info before 1.37 out because discovered at this time ;)

somehow (part of) tvservice still references mysql 6.6. this should be the newest one (9.something) Do you use mpurlsourcesplitter (for the tvpart, separately installed) or mpiptv filter...

I also had this problem with latest install from yesterday. Then, remove the DVBIP filter or, something like that (look inside MPEI installed) and reboot, it should be OK.
