Logitech MX5000 Keyboard Media Controls (1 Viewer)

How do I get the touch sensitive media controls to work on the MX5000?
They work just fine in MediaPlayer but I cannot get them to work in Media Portal.

I have taken a look at Direct Input in Medial Port Setup but it appears to have nothing to select and I have great difficulty in understanding it...

It appears that the online documentation for help on multimedia controls on keyboards has no content apart from some ADS and a link that loops back the index... - where I started!

I have no experience with this keyboard, but did you try enabling General HID (Setup -> Remotes)?

Thanks for your help, the MX5000 media controls are now operational in Media Portal. A case of getting to know the terminology I guess. Hopefully that's the last of the dumb questions....
