Lost Focus in Plugins (1 Viewer)

Hi, im using PMIII, when i go into my plugins ive lost focus on the list. its fine when i hover mouse over and continues to work after that.

Ive been playing with some xmls, so i could have made it go wrong, but im pretty sure i havnt touched either the home or my plugin xml

can someone tell me the command to set the focus to the list?
