    I have had this problem occur twice and the first time it had me really confused.

    I have a separate HDD for recording and twice in the past month it has been filled to capacity. When this happens, and a further recording is scheduled and MP is started up a box appears saying "Connection to TV Server Lost". This had me checking logs and restarting MP for about 45 mins until I spotted that the recording HDD was full. Today this happened again and I wasn't around - as we use MP as a full house solution, it left the GF very frustrated as to why she couldn't watch TV.

    The suggestion is to have a warning popup saying that the recording disk is nearly full and all recording will be suspended until more space is made available. This would then allow live TV to be still used.
