Low resolution ratio wrong for NTSC users (1 Viewer)

The ratio on 352x240 is wrong for some NTSC analog capture cards, not the entire TV screen is shown then.

So please add it.

Might be a good idea to change the wording on the 'Frame' dropdown box selection, into something like this:

768x576 (PAL)
720x576 (PAL-DV)
720x480 (PAL60/NTSC)
640x480 (VGA)
352x288 (¼ PAL)
352x240 (¼ NTSC)
320x240 (¼ VGA)
