[QUOTE="mm1352000, post: 1050966, member: 82144"] First, sincere [B]thanks[/B] for following up. I appreciate your persistence and that you have shared the problem/solution so fully. This enables other people including me to learn from your experience. (y) You mentioned skin errors. In your MediaPortal-Error.log for both clients I see these entries: I think they may point to genuine syntax errors in skin files. These: ...simply mean you haven't (or hadn't) configured codecs. To the best of my knowledge, warnings like this: [collapse] [2014-01-01 19:05:26,251] [Log ] [MPMain ] [WARN ] - GUIWindow:OnWindowLoaded: 'C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\Titan\MyMusicPlayingNow.xml' is missing control id 999 (window property: VUMeterLeft) [2014-01-01 19:05:26,251] [Log ] [MPMain ] [WARN ] - GUIWindow:OnWindowLoaded: 'C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\Titan\MyMusicPlayingNow.xml' is missing control id 998 (window property: VUMeterRight) [2014-01-01 19:05:26,251] [Log ] [MPMain ] [WARN ] - GUIWindow:OnWindowLoaded: 'C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\Titan\MyMusicPlayingNow.xml' is missing control id 888 (window property: lblForceFocus) [2014-01-01 19:05:26,251] [Log ] [MPMain ] [WARN ] - GUIWindow:OnWindowLoaded: 'C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\Titan\MyMusicPlayingNow.xml' is missing control id 30 (window property: btnLastFMLove) [2014-01-01 19:05:26,251] [Log ] [MPMain ] [WARN ] - GUIWindow:OnWindowLoaded: 'C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\Titan\MyMusicPlayingNow.xml' is missing control id 31 (window property: btnLastFMBan) [2014-01-01 19:05:26,267] [Log ] [MPMain ] [WARN ] - GUIWindow:OnWindowLoaded: 'C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\Titan\MyMusicPlayingNow.xml' is missing control id 999 (window property: VUMeterLeft) [2014-01-01 19:05:26,267] [Log ] [MPMain ] [WARN ] - GUIWindow:OnWindowLoaded: 'C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\Titan\MyMusicPlayingNow.xml' is missing control id 998 (window property: VUMeterRight)[/collapse] ...can be completely ignored. I'm not an expert on skin stuff but I recall other team members saying as much and asking why the messages are logged. I don't remember what was said after that (though I presume there is some reason). In short, everything looks normal and I'd give your system a clean bill of health. :) [/QUOTE]
