1.16.0 MadVR Renderer: Navigation not possible at the end of a movie (1 Viewer)

Hi,
i've noticed a possible bug in MadVR renderer. At the end of a movie navigation (stop, fwd, rwd, skip) fails. This behaviour is reproducable with all movies. Sometimes at the end of a movie i get a black screen and i have to exit MP with taskmanager. The issue is also reportet in the MadVR settings thread ->Link<-. Logs are attached. @Sebastiii , i hope, you can help

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configuration -> MadVR Video Renderer
2. Start MP
3. Start Movie playback
4. at the end of the movie (95%) navigation fails
5. sometimes (50%) playback ends in a black screen and you have to close MP with Taskmanager or right click on MP symbol.

It seems that it happen with EVR (LiveTV with EVR ?) i tell you that because the mad.log contain EVR info.
Does EVR setting is ok (madVR not checked) is ok ?
