i guess you have opened the settings before playback.

just start some video and then open the lav settings via the tray icon and you should see something...

so back to your problem, with your card 4k is not really great but it should work. don't use lav on copy back with a 1030 as joe told ya... use dxva2 native mode with your low power system and may also reset madvr to default (in your madvr install folder is a link for this).

 till now nothing's changed
