Well spotted, thanks for that. I have now re-installed madvr in a new folder c:\Madvr but sadly it has not changed either of my problems at all:(. I will also try it on my data disc later along with v186. BTW madvr is also installed in Program Files on my desktop PC where neither problem can be reprooduced, so not sure how significant the install location really is. UPDATE:- v186, no difference from v 183 as far as I can tell. TV still gets a stuck screen sometimes on stop (1st Freeze report) and OV hangs MP on vid start (sorry not our std. vid this time but??). Also noticed a further problem (was also on v183). I like to have madvr restore the refresh rate on player close, my default being 50hz which means the menu navigation remains smooth, this works fine untill I play 3D on closing the playback the refresh rate remains at 23hz and even after playing 50hz TV gets set back to 23hz again, i.e. 3D sets the default to 23hz. Playing 2D 23hz vids does not cause a problem madvr restores to 50hz. This problem seems to happen regardless of the 3D settings under Rendering in madvr. All 3 problems are included in the attached logs, 2nd freeze report is for bthe OV/MP hang. P.S. Madvr is now installed on my data disc E:
