On single monitor i cango higher settings.for 1080p sources i have Needi3 for image and jinc for Chroma4k images I use Jinc for crhoma.That's all dual screen setup so in single screen you can always go higher settings. and you can use this setting as startup point.For LAV i use the new D3D11 mode (in auto) if deinterlace is needed, the change auto to 1050ti graphics.
