Summary:Add a GUI setup in the tvplugin

Description:
I would like to do some channel management from MediaPortal with a remote:

• we could make an update manually
• we could choose witch channels are in the channel list or not
• we could add and manage channel groups
• we could rename the display name for channels and groups
• .. maybe more
