Summary 0004332: DRR : is used when M4A audio is played with BASS !
Description Dynamyc refresh rate change frequency of screen, when M4A files is played.
It happen because Audio is detected as Video (same extention in both Music/Video extenstion)
Steps To Reproduce * 1st go to FTP dev, download from sample folder :
M4A : 2 files
TAK : 1 file (add this extension to MP audio config, "Warn" MP(BASS) don't play this extension, is only for reproduce the bug )

* refresh rate must be activate.


- Start MP
- Select Music (SharedView)
- Select TAK audio (MP warn, his can't listen audio files)
- Select M4A files (without video] : DRR change !

@Sebastiii : initially MP4(m4a with video) don't display video in Music view !

I have updated the branch to only play Audio (from a mp4 video/audio file).
But with BASS Rework in Wasapi mode, Audio from video mp4 can be played fast @hwahrmann knows maybe the issue.
