And it looks soooo sweet, even on the CRT, and CPU usage hovers around 25-35% - Which probbaly indicates that DxVA is doing it's job in the ole 6600.</p><p></p><p>I've also DL'ed a clip in 720p, h.264 in the Matroska container. I've installed the Matroska splitter from <a href="http://haali.cs.msu.ru/mkv/" target="_blank">http://haali.cs.msu.ru/mkv/</a> - and while that made it possible for MP to play the file - it's unwatchable. CPU usage hovers between 75% and maxed out - probably indicating that the GPU and it's DxVA is NOT doing what it's supposed to.. With the .ts stream, I can see the that the Purevideo decoder starts up properly - This doesn't happen with the Matroska clip as Matroska seems to prefer using FFDshow and it's incomplete h.264 decoding..</p><p></p><p>So I just need to get Purevideo first in line for the h.264 decoding..</p></blockquote><p></p>
